As the former Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of a business designing, building and/or maintaining electrical and security systems for the Olympic Games, space launch, fiber optic, government use and other purposes, as well as the development of alternative fuel vehicles, Steve is familiar with our infrastructure challenges and means to address them

Recently retired from the practice of law after decades of experience addressing legal matters for public and private owners, designers and contractors for large public infrastructure and other projects, Mike has devoted many hours of community service to helping our region address issues involving transportation, economic growth and the environment.

Catie is an Associate Professor Emerita of the University of Southern California who, in addition to being both an accomplished lecturer and author on organization and systems design as well as leadership and management, has advised national and local government and is an advocate of innovating to resolve problems and improve our urban, freight and inter-city mobility

Roger is a Professor of City Planning at San Diego State University who is a well recognized expert and author on urban planning issues, and who has consulted with, and received research grants from, our federal, state and local governments.  He travels and lectures internationally and has served as a Senior Fulbright Specialist advising foreign government on urban planning

Dr. Roger W. Caves

Erroll is a Professor of Homeland Security and Public Policy at the University of Southern California; has served national, state and local government and non-profit NGOs on homeland security issues; and has testified before Congress.  He is experienced on security issues for critical infrastructure and has provided advice for security at Los Angeles’ International Airport
